Jordan Wavra is a Certified Holistic Nutritionist, Personal Trainer, & Mindfulness Coach. She’s a wife,
mama, teacher, and business owner sharing her love for nutrition, fitness, and mindfulness with others.
After implementing a holistic lifestyle and positive mindset into her daily life, she overcame a variety of
chronic digestive health issues, stress, and fatigue. Her passion is sharing this knowledge with other
mamas, helping them regain their energy, decrease stress, and discover true health.
